Hi, I’m Talia Bastien Rhea ("Ray") and in 2021, I had an identity crisis.

I had been in my first corporate job for ~2 years after getting out of the Marine Corps, and I was miserable.
Only problem was, I didn’t know why.
On paper, I had the PERFECT set up.
And yet, when I logged into work every morning, I felt a sense of dread in the pit of my stomach.
I knew I should be grateful, but I couldn’t stop wondering: “Is this all there is? What do I want to be when I grow up?”​

That all-too familiar question set me on an 18+ month journey that changed the entire trajectory of my life. Today I help other high-functioning, high-performing veterans reclaim their identity and sense of purpose post-military service.
